Unframed, presented by The Helis Foundation, proudly unveils its 11th large-scale outdoor mural, The Welcoming Committee by New Orleans artist Annie Moran. Towering above the Girod Street overpass, this vibrant installation greets visitors with larger-than-life figures celebrating the city’s rich cultural traditions, anchored by a regal Mardi Gras Indian Queen welcoming all to downtown New Orleans.
